'Tess' found her way to
me in the fall of 2006. Her human was losing her
battle with cancer and just asked that her horses to
go to good homes.
Mary died before I
could talk with her about Tess, though this mare has
told me her life story. She was well cared
for, a bit spoiled, and highly trained under saddle.
I continue to try to learn what she already knows.
She will stay with me until there is a better home
available for her...but a better home than I offer
may be hard to come by...you see, I just love her.
Tess is the prettiest
horse I've ever seen, hands down. She's always
amazing to just 'look at' her coat is like silk. If
there was ever a mare who should reproduce, it's
Tess. She's also very 'sensual', always wanting a
pet or rub and would be the kindest mother. We may
try for another baby in the future.
